Previously, Fiona held senior UK and international buying roles for major retailers including Tesco and Superdrug, AS Watson. In 2020, The Red Tree launched The Beauty Accelerator™ with SFC, the UK’s most active early-stage investor. The UK’s first beauty specific accelerator identify the most promising talent, offering £250k funding as well as a yearlong partnership with The Red Tree.
